Fees

Telephone consultation: Free

We offer a free informal initial telephone consultation to discuss your therapy needs. We find this gives us an opportunity to explain how we work and to ensure we can deliver what you are looking for and also answer any questions you have. There is no obligation to book an assessment after this call.

Assessment and follow-up appointments: £90 per hour

Once we agree to commence treatment, an in-depth assessment will take place in your own home where we will agree your rehabilitation goals. This usually lasts an hour however, we can offer the assessment to be split over two sessions if you fatigue easily.

If your home is a nursing or residential setting we can usually see you there with agreement of your care team.

Follow-up sessions usually last 45 minutes to an hour and can take place in your home, at a local gym or swimming pool.

Additional fees

We do not routinely charge for travel however, if you are a considerable distance from us we may charge a small fee to cover the additional time and cost to us, this will be discussed in the free telephone consultation.

Where possible we will bring our own equipment for the session and refer you to NHS services for items they may be able to provide such as orthotics, walking aids and splints.

We are also able to advise you on equipment purchases if you would rather purchase them privately, we are not affiliated with any other company and will usually give you several options for these if they exist.

Frequency of treatment

We usually see people on a weekly/fortnightly basis however this will vary depending on need and we will endeavor to meet your needs. We offer advice and review sessions on a less regular basis.
